Almost a small tradition: on a weekend in Advent the atmospheric market around the Marienkirche in the old town becomes the scene of a special attraction. Because then our ice carvers unpack their chainsaws and fine tools to create a Christmas ice sculpture in front of the visitors. An ice queen already rode in, an angel made of crystal-clear ice shone in front of the neo-Gothic façade, and the Holy 3 Kings came to visit. This time it was a real American Santa Claus who was stuck in the fireplace.
It was a great pleasure for us to be able to contribute to the success of the Hof Christmas Market with an ice sculpture for the fourth time in a row! And our little helpers have already whispered to us which motif will be on the wish list next year - but: Psst - will not be revealed yet ...
